Let Mid Town Realtors manage your investment property. We offer lease-up and full management services for single family homes and duplexes to save you time and money (our services are tax deductible – your time isn’t!)

Lease-up

We handle the entire property leasing process for a fee equal to half the monthly rent. Our lease-up service includes:

• Advertising and showing the property
  
• Securing written leasing/rental applications
  
• Background and credit checks on applicants
  
• Drawing the lease agreement

Full Management

The management agreement includes all of the above lease-up services . In addition, provides full management of the property after leasing. Full management fees are equal to 10% of the rent collected. (Fees are negotiable for managing multiple properties. Contact us for more information.)

• Lease-up
  
• Rent collection
  
• Arranging for repairs & maintenance as necessary
  
• Detailed monthly management summary and year end report
