1. Accurate Evaluation

The correct selling price of your home is the highest price that the market will bear. To assist you in setting the correct asking price, we provide you with a comprehensive market analysis of comparable properties sold and offered for sale in your neighborhood.

2. Prepare a good faith estimate

We will prepare a good faith estimate of anticipated expenses reflecting the estimated net cash you could receive based on your requested price.

3. Professional advice

We will advise you of any necessary repairs and how you may best prepare your home for showing. You will be kept up to date on the state of the market, the sale of similar properties and any other factors that may affect the progress of the sale.

4. Promotion of your home to other realtors

The major selling points of your home will be distributed to other real estate firms throughout the community.

5. Photos

Photos will be taken of your house for marketing and promotional use.

6. Signage

The Mid Town Realtors yard sign advertises your property 24 hours a day.

7. Internet access

A photo and description of your house is sent to MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor.com for internet access across the US and locally. Featured homes are also pictured on this website.

8. Notify purchasers

We will use our advanced computer system to identify people who have been looking for homes in your neighborhood. They will be contacted and given the details of your property.

9. Advertising

We will advertise your home in appropriate publications and communicate our results to you.

10. Regular reports

Your Mid Town agent will contact your regularly to report on the selling progress of your home.

11. Pre-approved mortgages and financing guidance

We recommend pre-approved mortgages that encourage buyers by letting them know the mortgage potential in advance. Your Mid Town Realtor representative will provide professional financing guidance to both the buyer and the seller. A preliminary qualification of prospective buyers before showing your house and endeavor to have cooperating brokers and agents do the same. A Mid Town Realtor helps assist in arranging affordable financing for you and the buyer of your home.

Action Plan for Initial Listing

• Perform needs analysis and present best alternatives
• Counsel owner to establish a competitive price
• Complete the listing paperwork
• Collect supporting items including keys, surveys, mortgage information,    etc.
• Help owner decide on location for yard sign, if permitted
• Establish the owner’s preference for the frequency of follow-up reports
• Leave business cards with renter to give to buying prospects

Immediate Action Plan

• Turn in listing package
• Begin verification of listing information
• Submit listing to Greater Dallas Multiple Listing Service(s)
• Submit listing to Realtor.com network
• Schedule property for office tour
• Copy listing for office associates and affiliate offices
• Mail and call surrounding homeowners to announce the new listing

• Compose classified ads
